The “Urbanburgerbar” under the name “ΑΡΓΥΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΟΣ – URBAN BURGER”, “we” or “us”) based in Kifissia, Athens, created the website urbanburgerbar.gr (hereinafter “Website” OR “Site” OR “Service”), in order to present and inform users about its physical stores. The use of the Website as well as the individual services, offered through them, is subject to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy Policy of “urbanburgerbar.gr”. The use of the Website (even the simple browsing of it) indicates the unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy by the user, as they apply at any time, as well as the AUTOMATIC ACCEPTANCE OF COOKIES. Purpose

The purpose of the Website is to present its products – services to consumers, connecting them with the store “urbanburgerbar.gr” (“Store”) in its area, which offers delivery and take-away from the store. The Menu enables consumers to discover the products of their choice and order them by phone.

You may not use our Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation or send, receive, upload, download, reuse any material that does not comply with our content standards.

You can subscribe to the Newsletter service of the Website in order for the website to inform you about its news through the respective email service.

The “www.urbanburgerbar.gr” offers the option to order by phone, distribute and deliver as well as collect from the Stores, in areas where there is a physical “urbanburgerbar”store. Each store has a defined delivery area. If you live outside the delivery areas, you will be informed by the responsible employee of the respective store that you placed your order.
