What would it be though without our super soft burger bun?
The bakers are our first heroes. They have created a unique brioche-like handmade bun, which they start preparing in the early morning hours, allowing the necessary time for the dough to rest, then bake and arrive fresh, early in the morning at our stores.
For us French veal is the best in Europe, and we could not help but have one of them in our burgers.
We select specific parts of the calf and we always control the origin, the breeding as well as the transport of the animals.
Our next heroes are ...
the ladies of our stores, who you can see every morning getting to our stores, long before we open,
to prepare the burgers one by one, according to our secret and unique recipe.
Additionally, our chickens are fresh fillets that are breaded daily by the same ladies.
